Microwave Instructions
Preparation: Pierce plastic lid and heat in micriwawe
From Frozen: Heat for 6 minutes (based on 750W), stirring halfway through.
From Chilled: Heat for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Important: Let the meal stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven Instructions
Preheat: Gas Mark 4 or Fan Oven 160°C.
Preparation: Remove plastic lid. Place the meal on a suitable plate or tray.
From Frozen: Heat for 25-30 minutes.
From Chilled: Heat for 15-20 minutes.
